Our cuisine is based on simple ingredients and highest quality raw materials, exclusively selected from the productions of our territory in full respect of what nature offers according to the season. We are pleased to offer you typical preparations and cooking of our tradition, respecting what has been handed down from generation to generation, in full awareness of the Nebrodi food and wine excellence. This is the reason why we prepare preserves and compotes, according to tradition, with zero-km vegetables and fruit. We select Sicilian grains and produce hand-made pasta and bread; meat and cheese are produced by local farms, controlled supply-chain small-sized companies, whose products are based on compliance with animal welfare standards; we offer home-made cured meats; we prepare fresh desserts every day.
