The restaurant

Our cuisine is made of simple ingredients and raw materials of the highest quality, selected only from the productions of our territory and in full respect of what nature itself offers us depending on the season.

We are happy to offer you preparations and cooking typical of our tradition,   

respecting what has been handed down from generation to generation,

 also aware of the value of the food and wine excellence of the Nebrodi.

 This is why we prepare preserves and compotes, as they used to do in the past.

 time, with zero-mile vegetables and fruit.

  We select Sicilian grains and produce both fresh pasta   and bread ourselves ;

 the meats and cheeses come strictly from

from local farms, small-sized companies, working in

short and controlled supply chain, attentive to well-being at every stage

of the animals; we package our cured meats;   we prepare our desserts every day.
